Thanks a lot Lisa. Gabriel has cracked the code on weight loss as far as I'm concerned. It's about eating what you want. Getting out of self-denial. Nourishing yourself well. Not going hungry (I really think the sensation of hunger activates the FAT programs). It's this that lowers the set point. And as long as you stay ABOVE the set point, you'll always be able to lose easily.
Everything is easier said than done. But keeping the set point below your current weight and falling will ultimately be the solution. I hope to keep the insights coming.
I may post these Gabriel videos next week. They're great. I'm really glad to have come across his work... Very timely.
You can find Groats at the market. They are called either Scottish or Irish oatmeal. You might want to soak them overnight to save time. They are a bit more expensive but not too bad.
