Regarding the video - as I recall from watching Super Size Me, Spurlock didn't just eat a standard meal from McDonald's when he ate. He also got things like the yogurt, ice cream, apple pies, etc - the video you shared shows the numbers for just the basic meals. I'm not saying that everything in Super Size Me is sure to be true (I don't have that kind of know), just that it's perfectly likely that Spurlock was in fact eating more than the meals shown in this video.
The quakers talk about how divine wisdom is scattered about creation and each person has a small part of it. The only way to get close to seeing the Big Picture is to be willing to hear everyone's Small Piece. Your small piece is just as valuable as someone with rock hard abs or who fits into skinny jeans. Bravo :)
