I'd read that comment on your blog yesterday, and was insulted for you. Your strengths are beaming through your writings, and I give you so much credit for handling the situation with class and purpose.
In further reading this evening, I had to laugh when I realized that you are versed in "tapping". I'd learned it a few months back... and utilize it daily.
When I get stressed, sometimes my husband and kids will start tapping on their bodies, almost as a reminder for me to stop, and do so.
