Lisa,

Your blog is so thought provoking. This one spoke to me. I recently took the time to go back through my older posts (on my blog) and I realized that some may perceive my writings as being negative...

Truth be told, I'm thankful for having had WLS. I've evolved into a healthier version of the same beautiful person that I was 140 pounds ago. I'm proud, I'm happy...

I just seem to release through blogging, I guess.

I think you fixate on much more than just your woundedness. You have many fixations and they cycle in intensity. Many addicts have OCD issues, and it sounds like you are no different. And yeah, you are an addict, and you will die an addict. It doesn't have to be a bad thing.

Tiff, I think blogging is a GREAT way to process stuff and move past it! Hey, if some perceive it as negative, so what? We can't control how people perceive us. As long as we're being honest and writing with integrity, we've done our part. I'm sure you are and always have been beautiful! Love, Lisa
