Portion Control or High Volume?

I learned about by reading food recording blogs by people who practice volume eating. It was like a light bulb went off and I realised this is exactly how I need to be eating all the time, not just when I could be bothered preparing a huge plate of great food. It really has changed the way I eat and this posts explains exactly why.
I never thought I would like a Jenny Craig ad either but if it gets somebody to look at food differently, then good on it. Hopefully then they won't have to give their money to Jenny!
