Lisa speaks and vlogs on overcoming overeating, life after weight loss surgery, recovery for daughters of narcissistic mothers, healing from depression, the mind-body connection, spirituality, and achievement. Another beautiful post that speaks to my heart! Even with friends and family who love me, I still feel lonely and alienated from the world sometimes. I do think this is partly the human condition, but also a product of our late capitalist culture that colonizes our personalities and (for me) demands life long mindfulness. Thanks again for a heartfelt message of hope.
