What about the idea that you should only live in the present? People always want to be there but usually forget about being here, in the present time. Granted, it is always good to redirect your negative thoughts to positive ones but is there a better more successful way to do so without picturing the future?
Hi Valerie!! Sometimes in the present moment we are still stuck in our heads but Yes concentrating on something that's right in front of us can disrupt a negative thought pattern :-)
