Wow. This is beautifully expressed, from start to finish, which of course isn't THE END. :) I really like these ideas about evolving and learning to recognize your truths. I didn't have the time to comment when I skimmed one of your posts recently that said you had received 3 gallons of raw milk...
If you drink a gallon/wk, how did you handle the surplus? Make yoghurt?
(Gotta get serious about finding a raw milk source for ourselves)
