I know it's no substitute for a real live instructor, but I've found the DVD's by Gary & Daisy Garripoli: http://www.wujiproductions.com/
and Robert Bates: http://www.funwithqigong.com/
to be quite nice - easy to do, excellent instructions, and do-able for people of all size and ability levels.
The people have plenty of examples of their work on YouTube, also.
Bates only has the one DVD out right now - Fun with Qigong - but the Garriplois have a lot. Their beginner video is great for those days you have up to an hour to kill, and their Qigong for Cleansing is great on days you're in a hurry and want a nice 10 minute routine.
I've qigong to me MUCH easier to do than tai chi! I was forever tripping over my feet with those long strides and rocking and twists and turns. Argh! In qigong, your feet stay in one place, perfect for people with 2 left feet like me.

The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter.
The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the
summer away.
Come winter, the ant is warm and well fed.
The grasshopper has no food or shelter,
so he dies out in the cold.
MORAL OF THE OLD STORY:
Be responsible for yourself! The answers you seek are within you.
