I have been reading your post for a while now, since before you began working with Josh, and I want to say thank you.. thank you for being a voice of individuality... in the bariatric and weight loss community it seems that we are all expected to march to the same drum. But we are individuals before surgery and we are individuals after... what works for some does not work for others and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that...its life. I am learning a lot here...I too have had low body temps my whole life. My "normal" has been between 96 and 97 for as long as I could remember...I have also been tired for as long as I could remember as well so I am reading these post with great interests...thank you for what you do
