It's interesting how hard it is to convince ourselves to stop believing the things we don't want to believe. You'd think it'd be a lot simpler than it is, but it's hard to alter the ideas planted in your head by others throughout your lifetime.
I hear ya. There's ideas that get forced on us and ideas that we adopt ourselves. I guess we have to force out the old beliefs that just don't work! Harder done than said...lol
