Do not fret over the symbols. Maybe the anemia is validation that you DO need to continue eating all the (supposedly bad for us) rich, iron-containing, beef and meats that you have been. Maybe your new way of eating is "recharging" your battery. Maybe you are turning your intense power to heal from the "off" switch to the "on" switch. These are all positive, life-affirming signs, not warnings of death (in my humble opinion). Also, I have taken your advice since last week & have focused on filling my days with joy & gratitude instead of binges. When I do overdo it, I will do so with healthier options & take it day by day, like you have. FYI - the only "binge" I have had since last week was 3 servings of sweet potatoes! Not too shabby. Thanks for all of your positive guidance.
