Thanks for the kind words! I'm cautious about gluten free foods because they may still contain processed grains that are poisonous to our systems. Read this article (http://www.westonaprice.org/foodfeatures/be_kind.html) and if you can bake your own with soaked and sprouted home ground grains. Too much? Then get some stone ground sour dough from a good health food store and use sparingly. Our bodies have evolved to digest meat, fish, eggs, animal fats and local fruits and vegetables. The minute we start adding ANY kind of processed starches we're in for weight gain or digestive trouble. Just my two cents :-)

Out of curiosity, what is your opinion on wheat free baked goods (eg: baked with chickpea flour, or sorghum flour)?
