Whenever I am told that raw milk is bad for you, I think, how is that possible? Milk, when it comes out of any mammal, is sterile. There are no pathogens introduced until AFTER it comes out of the cow. What we need to ask is why and how are Listeria and E. Coli getting into the milk that the USDA and FDA say must be pasurized? What filthe (manure) is getting introduced? Why aren't theses dairy farmers making sure that the cows are cleaned before they start milking? The answer? Because they don't have to because everything, good and bad dies when you cook the crap ( literally)out of it. Let's not forget that too, that pasturized milk lasts for almost a month because there are no enzymes left in it. This allows for a longer shelf life and more profitability.
