Sorry to tell you, corn syrup really isn't any worse than cane syrup or sugar. If it were called beet or apple syrup, it would be just the same. It is all sugar just in different forms. Corn syrup is cheaper than sugar so companies are able to make items sweeter for less. In and of itself, it isn't any worse than the white sugar Americans eat that is bleached with different chemicals before we consume it. Try agave or stevia and stay away from food in boxes.
It seems that no matter what I am eating my psoriasis seems to come in cycles that have nothing to do with my food intake. With me, it's like it just is. Brain Candy is very funny and my husband said he was only just thinking about it and how all the eps were taken off youtube.
are u eating gluten still? cause wheat and gluten r 2 dif things, im sure u kno that tho. anyways it will take time. u might want to go off of cassein (sp?), and soy and see how that works.
I bet gluten is sneaking in certain foods. I am eating Spelt which is a type of wheat so I guess it's the gluten I'm really avoiding. I try to eat as fresh as possible but I do eat processed stuff. I don't even want to read the ingredients in my packaged cold cuts or soup mixes. Ugh!
