I love your writing, as usual. I just wanted to ask about how you are feeling since the wheat/dairy ban. Has it given you more energy, eased up symptoms of depression, helped with food cravings? I really want to start this (I left you a message last week, but have been too afraid to start). Please let me know about the benefits you experience from eating this way. I read you everyday & would appreciate your guidance. Thanks!

I would say I'm experiencing a slight to substantial improvement in my ability to focus and stay out of the bed. But that could also be because I'm taking my ritalin. I have not relapsed into wheat or dairy since I started, what a week ago? My sweat smells acidic. I think my body is detoxing. My energy level is still low but I'm functioning. My appetite is WAAAYYYY down! My urge to snack is down. I think I need to add something nourishing, like juicing, in order to really feel the benefits of a wheatless dairyless lifestyle. Hey, thanks for reading me every day!!
