I love the presentation on that soup! I have an amazing low fat, vegan curried butternut squash, pumpkin & coconut milk soup that I make in the fall. NOM! I brought it to a vegan pot-luck Thanksgiving dinner, and came home with a list of email addresses of people who wanted me to send them the recipe.
