Good luck my love! Make it happen and please believe that you deserve.

And those old thought patterns...when they come, observe and 'let go', observe and 'let go', repeat, repeat : )

Observe new thought patterns. Believe that you deserve.

That is great news Lisa! Good luck with it all.
Obsessing about body image and food really does take time away from enjoying a great life.
Your tops are so beautiful and shiny :) If they ever get too big I know where you can send them!!

I have a difficult time believing I deserve anything except criticism, abuse and neglect. I have to retrain my mind...Thanks, Ri............Sassy, Thanks for the compliment! It was a step to start dressing nicely now rather than sometime in the future :-)

It is my sincerest hope that one day you will see yourself as beautiful as the rest of us do. In the meantime, you are doing the exact right thing by moving forward no matter how your mind tries to hold you back.

Keep inspiring us!!
