My first oils seminar

They found me.
Students, faculty, staff, and Montclair residents came to my seminar today! (click here)

I prayed this morning. I prayed that I would give people what they needed. I prayed that I would be a positive inspiration. I prayed that folks would learn about their own innate healing abilities.

If I read my audience correctly, my prayers were answered!

Of course I'm looking back at all I could have done differently or better.
It was my first time giving an essential oils seminar with a powerpoint and videos.

I'm always looking to improve,
but I'm being mindful to resist my perfectionistic tendencies and trust that Spirit guided me to give people something positive and meaningful.

Tonight in class I taught the Buddhist lesson of being grateful of the present moment.
The more I teach, the better I learn.

I am grateful for the positive exchange of energy today.
I am grateful for my many blessings and opportunities.

I am grateful for all the positive feedback I've gotten so far from my attendees!
