less pain

I woke up this morning feeling much less pain.
Instead of using the crutches to attend an important meeting today I was able to use the cane.

After the meeting I went to Hell Foods to pick up some buffalo meat (I didn't order enough meat in my farm order this week and the farmer as out of strip steak so I HAD to go to Hell Foods).

After all that walking and exertion I'm doing ok.

My body feels nice and loose.
The pain is minimal.

Now here's where Dr. House comes in.
Do we attribute this pain-free-ness to the 3 quarts of water I drank yesterday?
Or the over-the-counter Naproxen (store brand Aleve)
that I took before bed?

I'm not taking any chances.
I'll drink the water AND take a few Aleve now and then.

Though I'd prefer not to take manufactured medicine unless I have to.
I prefer my Saligesic (click here) and my Boswellia (click here)
which are supposed to be potent with less side effects.
I've been taking those daily for about 45 days.

So I wonder what Dr. House would say about my limber-ness today?
Was it the over the counter anti-inflammatory pill (store brand Aleve)?
or the water?
or a month and a half's worth of boswellia and saligesic??

I talked my father into rubbing frankincense on his arthritic knee.
If I show him this will he take the boswellia herb?
I'll have to set the example
